Return & Refund Policy

At Della Perfumes & Gifts LLC, your satisfaction is our priority.
We take great pride in offering premium-quality fragrances crafted with authentic Arabian elegance. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfume products, returns are accepted only if:

✔ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

(bottle, box, wrappers, tags, and labels must be intact).

✔ You received a wrong product or damaged item

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

✔ The item is defective or leaking

We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Gift sets with missing components

  • Clearance or discounted items (final sale)

3. Return Request Window

You must submit a return or exchange request within:

• 7 days of receiving your order (UAE)
• 14 days for international orders

After this period, returns cannot be accepted.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged item

  • Defective product

Exchange is subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

If the return is due to a customer-initiated reason (not our fault), return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible but you may request a return (if eligible).

7. Damaged / Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  1. Take clear photos/video of the product and packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
